Side Ventures

A buddy of mine invested in a mobile bar which was originally a small horse trailer. His new side venture, “Raise A Toast Mobile Bar” is perfect for events and includes mixed drinks, games, and photo ops. I helped install power and lighting in the trailer in preparation to create some ad content. I soldered over 20ft of LED strips under shelving, ceiling perimeter, and backlighting for bottles. With only a few posts on the social and word of mouth, it’s clear that this gig will be a hit.

In less than an hour I captured everything I needed to slap together this video. I used a DJI Air 2 for the opening aerial which then switches to the Blackmagic 6K and color graded to match. I added trendy speed ramping and lots of rotoscoping to 3D track animated text and motion graphics throughout. All done with gear that fits in a backpack, Not bad!
